چکیده
Bacteria isolated from extreme environments have been shown to promote plant growth under challenging conditions. This study aimed examine the performance of extremophilic microorganisms salt stress and their ability improve tolerance soybean plants this stress. In vitro experiments showed that bacteria belonging genera Stenotrophomonas Exiguobacterium were halophilic displayed growth-promoting activities For instance, these two species enhanced germination rate between 35 43% in comparison with non-inoculated seeds. addition, inoculation allowed roots double size, both length dry biomass, 250 mM NaCl. The physiological responses correlated changes gene expression during developmental responses. a marker (Glyma.03G226000) increased presence (5- 24-fold) non-stress conditions (17- 25-fold). Soybean genes responsive stress, such as Glyma.02G228100, Glyma.04G180400, Glyma.08G189600, Glyma.17G173200, highly induced by bacteria-inoculated roots. work used could be potential bio-inoculants help alleviate growth.

Identification of novel loci for salt stress at the seed germination stage in soybean
Salt tolerance in soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] at the seed germination stage is a critical determinant of stable stand establishment in saline soil. This study examined one population of 184 recombinant inbred lines (RILs, F7:11) derived from a cross between Kefeng1 and Nannong1138-2 and one natural population consisting of 196 soybean landraces. A total of 11 quantitative trait loci (QTLs)...
متن کاملTrichoderma-Induced Enhancement of Soybean Seedling Performance in Response to Salt Stress
In this experiment soybean seeds were pre-treated with salt tolerant isolate of Trichoderma harzianum to evaluate the different aspects of seedling growth and metabolism in response to different concentrations of NaCl. Trichoderma isolate was more effective in improving dry weight and root volume of seedlings during mild salt stress. Seedlings obtained from bioprimed seeds had significantly hig...
متن کاملSeed Priming With Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Alleviate Salinity Stress In Wheat Plant
The objective of this paper was to study the effects of two strains of isolated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on physiological and biochemical changes of wheat leaves under salinity conditions. The sterilized seeds were soaked in distilled water (control) and Nutrient Broth liquid medium of Enterobacter cloacae and Bacillus cereus (inoculated treatment) for 2 hours. After 10 days ...
متن کاملSalt Stress Represses Soybean Seed Germination by Negatively Regulating GA Biosynthesis While Positively Mediating ABA Biosynthesis
Soybean is an important and staple oilseed crop worldwide. Salinity stress has adverse effects on soybean development periods, especially on seed germination and post-germinative growth. Improving seed germination and emergence will have positive effects under salt stress conditions on agricultural production. Here we report that NaCl delays soybean seed germination by negatively regulating gib...
متن کاملPlant Salt Stress
Plant salt stress is a condition where excessive salts in soil solution cause inhibition of plant growth or plant death. On a world scale, no toxic substance restricts plant growth more than does salt. Salt stress presents an increasing threat to plant agriculture. Among the various sources of soil salinity, irrigation combined with poor drainage is the most serious, because it represents losse...
